JCB 65R-1 Mini Excavators for Sale (1)

The JCB 65R-1 is a reduced tail swing 6 tonne mini excavator model – these are similar to the zero swing, but the body will protrude from the width of the tracks – albeit to a lesser extent that the conventional version (JCB 67C-1). At this size, some operators refer to these machines as ‘Midi Excavators’ but we keep them in the ‘Mini’ class. The JCB 65R-1 uses a Perkins 404D-22 Stage 3A diesel engine rated at 35.7kW and a simple H-frame construction. Operators could specify 400mm rubber tracks or wider 550mm steel tracks when new – equally check the dipper length as the options when new varied from 1.65 to 2 metres. Similarly the dozer blade was optional so make sure there is one fitted if needed for your application.
