A tool hire specialist is growing its fleet of construction machinery with the purchase of 20 new Kubota excavators. Exsel Plant & Tool Hire, which operates across sites in Salisbury, Winchester, and Southampton, completed the new order with Kubota dealer Harper Plant Ltd.
